In this section of the website I would like to introduce you to two self-help practices that I have personally found very beneficial for my own health and well-being.

As mentioned previously, we are all responsible for our own health and well-being and now, more than ever, we need to be pro-active, rise to the challenge and take positive steps towards a healthier lifestyle. The regular use of holistic / complementary therapies can help us to manage the impact of day to day stresses - however it is important to remember that all healing comes from within, your therapist is not responsible for your are! It is about team work - your therapist can support and advise but ultimately any change is directed by you and your day to day activity, diet, excersise regime, environment etc. are the key to a healthier and happier life.
